These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XFlow, available at https://xflow.pulsy.app.
By using XFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Scope
These Terms apply solely to XFlow, part of the Pulsy product suite.
They cover both free and paid access tiers. Paid users may receive additional features such as historical data access and extended support, but all other terms remain the same.
2. Purpose of XFlow
XFlow provides exploratory cross-chain blockchain analytics, aggregating data from multiple public blockchain networks and protocols.
All data is for informational and analytical purposes only. It should not be relied upon for financial, investment, compliance, or legal decisions.
3. Account and Access
Users must create an account to access XFlow beyond the public overview pages.
Public (no-account) users can view only aggregated analytics and top transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed yours.
4. Acceptable Use
When using XFlow, you agree not to:
Use or redistribute XFlow data, APIs, or insights for commercial purposes unless expressly licensed by Pulsy Labs under a separate written agreement.
Programmatically collect, scrape, or harvest data displayed in XFlow.
Embed or frame any part of XFlow within another application or website without prior written consent.
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the XFlow site or software.
Interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass technical security or access limits.
Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity in connection with XFlow.
Pulsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these conditions.
5. Data Use and Attribution
You may use XFlow data for exploratory, research, or internal analytical purposes only.
When publicly sharing findings, screenshots, or insights derived from XFlow, please include the credit:
“Data source: XFlow by Pulsy.”
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are available by subscription or one-time access fees.
Pulsy may change pricing, billing models, or plan details at any time with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed via trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Pulsy is not responsible for their systems or delays.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Renewal terms and payment options may vary and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or renewal.
7. Data Accuracy and Availability
XFlow aggregates information from multiple public blockchains and third-party sources.
Pulsy Labs cannot guarantee that all data is accurate, complete, or continuously available.
The platform and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.”
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pulsy Labs, its affiliates, and team members are not liable for any loss or damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data inaccuracies arising from use of XFlow.
Total liability under these Terms will not exceed 100 USD.
9. Intellectual Property
All code, content, and materials within XFlow are the intellectual property of Pulsy Labs LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use XFlow for personal or internal analytical purposes only.
All other rights are reserved.
10. Force Majeure
Pulsy Labs is not responsible for delays, downtime, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including system failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, acts of government, or network disruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
Pulsy Labs may update or modify these Terms at any time with notice (via email or website notice).
The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of XFlow after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
Users agree that class actions, collective proceedings, or representative claims are not permitted under these Terms.

Pulsy collects minimal professional information — work email, full name, company name, and job title — to operate accounts and manage subscriptions.
14. Service Notifications
Pulsy Labs may contact you using the email associated with your account to provide important service updates, such as feature changes, technical notices, or policy updates.
These notifications are informational only and not marketing materials.
