Atria (Beta) Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 November 2025
Welcome to Atria, a blockchain event-feed platform operated by Pulsy Labs LLC, a Delaware-registered company (No. 3294575).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atria.
By using Atria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Scope
These Terms apply solely to Atria, currently offered in Beta.
During the Beta, Pulsy may introduce, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature, limitation, pricing, data access, or usage rules at any time and without prior notice, in order to iterate and improve the product.
No rights, entitlements, or expectations are created by participating in the Beta.
2. Purpose of Atria
Atria provides tools for creating and managing real-time blockchain event feeds across supported networks.
All outputs, feeds, and data are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, investment, compliance, or legal decisions.
As a Beta product, functionality may be incomplete, experimental, or unstable.
3. Account and Access
Users must create an account to create or manage feeds.
Pulsy may limit, restrict, or revoke access at any time during the Beta, including limiting the number of feeds or disabling accounts that impact platform stability.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
To protect the platform and ensure fair Beta testing, you agree not to:
Use any Atria data, output, feed, or webhook for commercial resale, redistribution, or incorporation into a competing product or service.
Build or attempt to build a competing blockchain event-feed platform using Atria data, access, or insights.
Programmatically scrape, harvest, or bypass access limits.
Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code.
Attempt to interfere with or degrade platform performance.
Use Atria for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Pulsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these conditions.
5. Data Use and Attribution
You may only use Atria outputs for internal testing, evaluation, or exploratory purposes.
You may not:
resell Atria data or feeds,
publish them as part of a commercial product,
incorporate them into customer-facing tools,
or use them to compete with Pulsy in any form.
When publicly sharing educational findings or screenshots, please include:
“Data source: Atria by Pulsy.”
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Atria may offer free or paid tiers.
During Beta, Pulsy may make adjustments to pricing, access limits, and billing models at any time.
Payments, if applicable, are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Data Accuracy and Availability
Atria aggregates blockchain data from multiple networks and third-party sources.
Pulsy Labs does not guarantee that data or feeds are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or available.
Atria is provided “as is” and “as available.”
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pulsy Labs, its affiliates, and team members are not liable for any loss or damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or inaccuracies arising from use of Atria.
Total liability under these Terms will not exceed 100 USD.
9. Intellectual Property
All code, content, and materials within Atria are the intellectual property of Pulsy Labs LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Atria during the Beta for internal evaluation only.
You may not use Atria or its outputs to build, train, test, or support any competing product or service.
All other rights are reserved.
10. Non-Competition
You explicitly agree not to use Atria, its data, architecture, feed logic, or output to:
develop or assist in the development of a competing system,
provide competing blockchain data monitoring services,
benchmark Atria for competitive analysis,
or derive technical or architectural insights for competitive use.
This restriction survives Beta participation and continues after your access ends.
11. Force Majeure
Pulsy Labs is not responsible for delays, downtime, or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
12. Changes to Terms
Pulsy Labs may update these Terms at any time with notice (via email or website notice).
Continued use of Atria after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
Class actions, collective proceedings, or representative claims are not permitted.
