This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Pulsy Labs LLC, a Delaware-registered company (No. 3294575) (“Pulsy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects and processes personal information when you use XFlow, available at https://xflow.pulsy.app.

By using XFlow, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

1. Scope

This Policy applies exclusively to XFlow, a cross-chain blockchain analytics platform operated by Pulsy Labs.

It describes how we collect, use, and protect information about users of both free and paid XFlow accounts.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal personal information required to operate XFlow effectively and securely.

We collect:

  • Account information: work email, full name, company name, job title, and password (stored securely as a hash).

  • Usage analytics: general, non-identifiable metrics on how users interact with XFlow.

  • Billing data: handled directly by Stripe. Pulsy does not store card or billing details. Stripe may collect necessary information such as your name, company name, address, and tax/VAT identifiers for billing and invoicing purposes.

We also use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve user experience.

  • Customer support – to respond to inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process your information on one or more of the following bases:

  • The processing is necessary to perform our contractual obligations (providing access to XFlow).

  • The processing is required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Data Hosting and Retention

All data is stored on servers located in the EU West region.

  • User account data is retained until the user requests deletion.

  • Payment and billing records are stored only by Stripe, not by Pulsy.

You may request deletion of your account and related personal data by contacting hello@pulsy.app.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data, including:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Secure HTTPS connections.

  • Role-based access control.

While no system is entirely immune to risk, we maintain strong industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Pulsy does not share personal data with any third-party service providers.

Payment data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy.
